All pieces are made with intention and produced in limited quantities.
Production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on location and availability.

Delivery world wide. Clothes are hand made within 1-3 days from order. Normal time from ordering to delivery is aprox 4-5 days. 

• Delivery Speed: 2 to 4 days globally (using FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT).
• Shipping Rates: Billed to you on top of the base cost. Rates vary by product size bracket (e.g., Small, Bulky, Huge) and destination (e.g., EU, US, Australia).
• Tracking: All orders go on a tracked service.
• Customs and Duties: Contrado delivers to major regions (For example EU, USA, Australia) with customs duties pre-paid (DDP) for most orders. Delivery fee is included directly when ordering.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• General Returns: Customers typically have 14 days to request a cancellation or return for non-personalised items. The customer pay for return shipping.
• Manufacturing Faults: For issues like stitching/hemming faults or product scratches, Contrado covers repair or replacement costs. In these confirmed cases, Contrado will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once they inspect the item.
