Shipping Policy

All Ëniq products are made to order and produced individually for each customer.

Production times vary depending on the product and are specified on each product page. Most orders enter production within 24 hours of being placed.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated Delivery Times

Sweden: typically 3–7 business days after production

Europe: typically 3–7 business days after production

Rest of the World: delivery times vary depending on destination

International orders are generally shipped with tracked delivery through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent shipping providers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by high order volumes, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or administrative fees may apply depending on your country of residence.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Alla produkter från Ëniq tillverkas på beställning och produceras individuellt för varje kund.

Produktionstiden varierar beroende på produkt och anges på respektive produktsida. De flesta beställningar påbörjas inom 24 timmar efter att ordern lagts.

Observera att produktionstid och leveranstid är två olika saker.

Beräknade leveranstider

• Övriga världen: leveranstiden varierar beroende på destination

Internationella beställningar skickas normalt med spårbar leverans via transportörer som DHL, FedEx eller motsvarande.

Observera att leveranstider är uppskattningar och kan påverkas av hög belastning, tullhantering, helgdagar eller andra omständigheter utanför vår kontroll.

I vissa länder kan tullavgifter, importmoms eller administrativa avgifter tillkomma. Eventuella sådana avgifter betalas av mottagaren.
